Foundling

Who they are:

All New joiners, junior, mid-level, Senior and interns

show promise in one area or have mastery in one subject matter but haven’t yet proved loyalty.


Still “earning their armor” is not fully trusted.

Compensation: Role dependent

Equity: Not qualified for equity

Apprentice (Levels 1–3)

Who they are:

Core team members who have mastered at least one skill and proven loyalty.

Trained, tested, and battle-proven.

Staged growth levels:

  • Apprentice I: Master of one skill, trusted.
  • Apprentice II: Fully trusted + tenured, dependable operator.
  • Apprentice III: Master of 2+ areas, trusted, experienced, leadership potential or strong independent function handler.

Discretionary compensation: Gig Comp, Bonus
Qualified for equity

Champion

Who they are:

Multi-domain experts.

Capable of running at least two departments or one core business function, either functional HODs or operational leaders.

They defend the clan and extend its influence.

Warlord  (or “Alor”)

Who they are:

Senior leaders, Co founders, top strategists, or C-suite level.

Responsible for multi-department integration, long-term strategy, and cultural enforcement.

Can hold the vision and lead the execution.

Mandalore

Who they are:

The supreme leader (Founder/CEO role).

Defines vision, protects the creed, leads innovation.

Holds the Ugbe Crown — the symbol of both authority and responsibility.
