Envoy Bespoke Services stands at the front line of Murals.ng’s elite customer experience, the keepers of prestige, creators of opportunity, and architects of relationships. This role is not just about selling; it is about leading the company’s charge toward growth, excellence, and enduring client partnerships. The ideal candidate is a diplomat who closes deals with grace, a storyteller who inspires trust, and a sales leader who drives results.
You will be responsible for expanding our sales reach, managing and enriching our CRM ecosystem, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the precision and prestige of Murals.ng. You will oversee the capture and organization of customer data, ensuring every opportunity, contact, and conversation is documented and leveraged to strengthen relationships and drive revenue. You’ll refine how we communicate with clients across touchpoints, turning routine updates into memorable experiences. Your understanding of design, architecture, and aesthetics will be vital, allowing you to guide clients with authority during consultations and site visits, bridging creative vision with commercial insight.
Finally, you’ll serve as a mentor and motivator for the sales team, setting targets, providing direction, and instilling a culture of excellence, empathy, and performance.

core responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive lead conversion and consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in luxury real estate, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
- Craft proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations that embody Murals.ng’s aesthetic and narrative standards.
- Track pipeline performance, sales metrics, and conversion ratios using the CRM.
Client Relationship Management
- Manage all CRM activities ensuring every lead, client, and project is properly logged, categorized, and followed up.
- Oversee the continuous collection and updating of customer data to enable deeper insights and more personalized service.
- Build enduring relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
- Anticipate client needs and propose solutions that exceed expectations.
Design & Advisory Consultation
- Participate in client site visits, offering aesthetic and design advice grounded in Murals.ng’s creative philosophy.
- Collaborate with the Design and Production Guilds to translate client preferences into actionable briefs.
- Bridge artistic vision and commercial value, ensuring each recommendation aligns with both function and beauty.
Leadership & Team
- Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a performance-driven, client-centric culture.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to elevate team capability.
- Coordinate closely with Marketing (The Storytellers) to align campaigns with sales strategies.
- Work hand-in-hand with Operations (The Navigators) to ensure flawless project delivery.
Communication & Brand Representation
- Act as a brand ambassador at exhibitions, client events, and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain Murals.ng’s tone of prestige, precision, and authenticity in all communications.
- Gather market intelligence and provide leadership with actionable insights to shape the company’s direction.
