the role

The Vice President of Sales (Crown Envoy) is the strategic leader of the Sales Guild, responsible for shaping and executing Murals.ng’s commercial vision. You will lead efforts to expand our client base, deepen relationships with partners, and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue. You are equally responsible for maintaining the prestige and trust that define our brand.

This role blends high-level strategic thinking with a deep understanding of customer experience and team leadership. You will oversee the full sales lifecycle, from pipeline development and deal negotiation to account management and customer retention. Your goal is to ensure a consistent, premium experience across all client touchpoints.

core responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and revenue growth strategy aligned with Murals.ng’s business goals.
  • Identify and open new business domains (local and international) by building strategic partnerships and pursuing untapped markets.
  • Define sales targets, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies across product lines (murals, installations, wallpapers, and creative tech solutions).
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other Guild Leaders to ensure alignment between creative vision and commercial goals.

Team Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team (Envoys) with a culture of integrity, excellence, and customer-first service.
  • Establish performance metrics, incentive systems, and structured sales training programs.
  • Foster collaboration with the Design and Production Guilds to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Client Relations & Growth

  • Serve as the company’s lead relationship builder, ensuring that every client feels valued, heard, and served with distinction.
  • Lead negotiations with key accounts and oversee high-value client relationships from inquiry to completion.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships that drive recurring business and referrals.
  • Design and implement feedback systems to continuously improve the client experience.

Revenue & Reporting

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue reporting processes.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Report directly to the CEO on performance, challenges, and emerging opportunities.
